"I decided to switch insurance companies because lack of communication/service. I called Burgess Insurance, and spoke with Patrica Joran. She answered all my insurance questions. I was on the phone with her for over an hour asking questions and reviewing the quote. She explained everything in detail. Before the call ended, I felt I made the right choice in calling and speaking with Patricia. I switched my auto and home insurance to State Farm, and added an Umbrella policy for added peace of mind. She set up my new policies to become effective two days before the old ones expire. To give me peace of mind, she took on the responsibility of contacting my mortgage company to ensure the disbursement went to the them (State Farm) and not my old insurance provider! Patricia was absolutely AWESOME!"
