"They lied to me and set me up under a false insurance and then when I found out about it they cut all contact with me and raised all of my rates. I contacted the BBB and NCDOI and she won't even respond to them!!! Save your money and sanity and use someone else this company is super scummy. They also sent me a random 20$ refund trying to trick me so they can say it was reimbursed. Mary Beth should not have a business license after the way she screwed me and other clients of hers and I won't stop fighting until the NCDOI handles this. Reply: It's Ironic that you care about the rules now lol. You jacked my rates, cut all contact with me and refused to cancel an insurance policy for a car wash I never owned. Why didn't you care about the rulebook then?"

"Scammers! These people signed me up under a car wash I never owned because they didn't actually cover my industry, 1 year later I found out about this and confronted them, just to get it downplayed like its no big deal, they then lied and said I was still covered because it was their mistake and said they wont refund me, and then when I ask for that in writing they cut off all contact with me, doubled my rates, and refuse to cancel my policy after written requests, State Farm corporate requests and many many texts and phone call requests. Mary and her team not only put everything I've worked so hard to build in jeopardy for over a year, but her and her team are very well aware of everything that happened and continue to screw me by refusing to speak to or cancel my useless policy. Mary, you guys have screwed me for long enough. I will be outside of your business and BNI meetings with a booth, a loud speaker and a sign set up about this If thats what It takes to get this fixed. All I wanted at first was a refund and I would have went on my way, after the way you guys have spit in my face and disrespected me I'd like to see your business licensed stripped. I really hope you just had a problem with me individually and your customer service isn't this garbage for everyone who pays your bills."

"No one knows what they are doing in this office. It took them almost 6 months to do the underwriting food my policy. I removed my vehicles and only left my motorcycle, and they tried to charge me the full amount for all vehicles, even though they didn't have the vehicle anymore. Then they said I had a lapse in coverage while they were trying to "fix" everything. Everyone the office tells you something different information. Highly recommend you go to a different agent!"
